Approach to Adult Hypertension Management in Primary Health Care 2019
For the second year in a row, the Libyan Cardiac Society has organized 4-days workshop program to train more than 1,000 primary care physicians to diagnose and treat patients with high blood pressure. The training program includes theoretical and practical lectures that focus on defining blood pressure disease, its symptoms, risk factors, methods of diagnosis, as well as the latest updates, how to treat hypertension using pharmacological and behavioral methods, and focusing on healthy lifestyle patterns.
This program was in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, National Center for Disease Control, and the Tripoli Health Services Department.
