The Pediatric Cardiology Working Group celebrate the Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week through organizing several public awareness and educational activities in several cities.

In Benghazi, we host a Two-Day ECG Course on February 11-12, 2024, at Al Hawari General Hospital in the library room next to the main hall room at the basement level of the hospital.

Target audience: Junior pediatric physicians

Target numbers: 30

Course fees:

• 50 dinars for active LCS member

• 100 dinars for non-LCS member

Payment during registration and LCS membership renewal for 2024 will be available during the course.

The course agenda

• Registration at 8:30-9 am

• Day 1: Sunday, February 11, 2024

         9 -11 am: Systematic Approach to Read ECG by Dr Rasmia Feituri

        11-11:30 am: Coffee Break

        11:30-2 pm: Facilitated Hands-on ECG interpretation by Drs. Rasmia Feituri, Naema Goobha & Mariam Madany

• Day 2: Monday, February 12, 2024

       9 -12:30 pm: Facilitated Hands-on ECG interpretation by Drs. Rasmia Feituri, Naema Goobha & Mariam Madany

       12:30 – 1 pm: Coffee Break

       1 -2 pm: Post-course assessment test
